Let ASR
reduce your rate liability on a no win no fee basis.
Your rate liability is probably one of your biggest outgoings.
As such, it should be examined like any other expense and
where possible reduced to the lowest level. There are several
factors involved in determining your rate liability, but it
is primarily based on your Rating Assessment (i.e. your Rateable
Value).
Your
rating assessment may be correct, but it may also be wrong.
Let
ASR handle your Rating Appeal in order that the assessment
may be challenged, checked, negotiated and agreed at the lowest
possible figure. My fees for conducting a rating appeal on
your behalf are self generated out of any savings made to
your company and thus there is no financial risk to yourself.
If you allow me the opportunity to check the assessment on
your behalf, it will cost you nothing, but it could save you
money.
